It's the first day of spring and I can see the garden again. So, I pulled a dozen or so parsnips out of the ground. We are planning on cooking them up for dinner tonight. I'll let you know how they taste after spending the snowy winter in the ground.

Boda!!
Last night in the wee hours, Boda got into my onions and leeks. Some are damaged but most remain in tact. Tougher measure will be taken tonight.

All systems go!
Onion, leeks, fennel and celery are planted in seed pots. They cut the ribbon on the 2011 growing season. Giddyup!
